All players interested in playing in GACSL must complete and submit the below form for consideration. Your name and information will then be given to the team captains for consideration. A captain will contact you ONLY if they have an available spot on their team. There is a lengthy LENGTHY WAITING LIST of players who want to be on teams (mostly men. Sorry guys). You have a much better chance of being on a team if you are willing to be a captain. Captains must be ORGANIZED and deadline-oriented. If you would like to be a captain and organize a team from players on the waiting list, please indicate this in the subject line of your email.
